Fast & Reliable Shipping
At Lowball Resell, we understand that customers want a quick and reliable shopping experience. Unlike many online retailers that require customers to wait for products to arrive from suppliers, all items listed on our website are currently in stock and ready to ship.
All orders are carefully inspected, packaged, and shipped quickly. Orders placed before our daily processing cutoff will typically be processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed and shipped on the next available business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package until delivery.
Processing & Delivery Times

- Orders are typically processed and shipped the same business day.
- Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, holidays, promotions, or special events.
- Every item is inspected before shipment to ensure accuracy and quality.
Estimated Shipping Times:
Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier handling your package.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: Typically 3–7 business days after shipment
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery times vary based on the shipping option selected at checkout
Please understand that delivery estimates are provided by shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Lowball Resell is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, holidays, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier receives your package.
If your tracking information states that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Lowball Resell is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Please verify that all information is correct, including:
- Full name
- Shipping address
- Apartment/unit number
- City, state, and ZIP code
Lowball Resell is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to reship the order.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the shipping carrier, Lowball Resell is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during transit.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the packaging and damaged item(s)
- A description of the issue
We will review the situation and assist with the next appropriate steps.
Shipping Carrier Delays
Lowball Resell works hard to ensure orders are processed quickly; however, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Weather conditions
- Holidays
- Customs processing
- Incorrect customer information
- Other events outside of our control.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because we prioritize fast processing and same-day shipping, cancellation or modification requests must be submitted as soon as possible after placing your order.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations.
